Terms of Service for CRS Bot

By inviting the CRS Bot ("the Bot") to your Discord server or utilizing its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service. The Bot is provided by Project4 LLC ("we," "us," or "our") as a supplementary service for the Crown Racing Series (https://crownracingseries.com).

1. Usage of the Bot

• Purpose: The Bot is provided to deliver championship telemetry, standings, driver information, and automated race updates related to the Crown Racing Series.
• Authorization: By using the /set_update_channel command, you confirm that you have the necessary administrative rights within your Discord server to designate channels for automated messages.
• Restrictions: You agree not to abuse, exploit, or spam the Bot's slash commands. Reverse-engineering the Bot or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the underlying Crown Racing Series API is strictly prohibited.

2. Service Availability

• Uptime: While we strive for high reliability, the Bot is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Project4 LLC does not guarantee 100% uptime and is not responsible for missed race updates due to maintenance, API outages, or Discord connectivity issues.
• Data Accuracy: The telemetry, predictions, and standings provided by commands like /predictor and /battles are calculated based on current database information. We make no warranties regarding the absolute accuracy of predictive models.

3. Intellectual Property

All data, statistics, graphics, and associated branding provided by the Bot are the intellectual property of Project4 LLC and the Crown Racing Series. The Bot may not be duplicated or monetized by third parties.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Project4 LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot, including but not limited to server disruption or data inaccuracies.

5. Termination and Access

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate the Bot's access to any Discord server at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that the server is violating these Terms of Service or abusing the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
